Bicycles in NYC

I was walking by a "monument" for cyclers who die in the city, on Houston between Lafayette and Crosby, on the north side of the street. I did not have my camera to take a photo of this extraordinary thing. When I went back yesterday an idiot food cart was parked right in front of it. I was so angry that if I would have approached him I would have argued with him. I will make sure to take a photo of this next week, food cart or not.
